After tying the San Francisco Giants 1-1 on Sunday, the Milwaukee Brewers beat the Giants 7-3 Monday night in Scottsdale for their first Cactus League victory of the spring. Chris Narveson pitched a perfect two innings as the starter and Tim Dillard closed out the game with a 1-2-3 9th inning. Zealous Wheeler ripped a game tying two-run homer for the Brewers and Travis Ishikawa knocked out a solo shot. Japanese All Star Norichika Aoki picked up his first hit as a Brewer, an infield single. The Brewers will meet the Oakland A's Tuesday afternoon.
Outfielder Corey Hart will have surgery on Tuesday to repair a slight meniscus tear in his right knee. Hart will be sidelined for the rest of the spring camp.
